Three Ireland, General Motors, J&J Vision Care, Telus International and BD Medical are all stakeholders in this new initiative, headed up by ICBE with funding from Skills Connect.

The Digital Skills Accelerator programme is working with multinational organisations in the Munster region to upskill and transition talented individuals into Cx, ICT, PM and Continuous Improvement roles.

ICBE Business Excellence Skillnet under the Skills Connect Programme have come together to help up-skill and transition people from Munster who have been displaced from retail, hospitality and aviation into new employment through our Outplacement programme.

With the risk of over 20,000 people from the Munster region being made permanently unemployed due to Covid-19, the
Digital Skills Accelerator programme is working with multinationals organisations in the region to identify talent, upskill and employ into Cx and ICT roles.

Skillsnet Ireland and ICBE have come together to help people from Munster displaced from retail, hospitality and aviation to transition into new employment, while in parallel contributing to companies CSR initiatives, their community and sustaining employment in the region.
